ICM Solutions, a Salt Lake City crushing and screening equipment dealer for the construction industry, has agreed to acquire Compass Equipment Inc., a crushing and screening dealership based in Oroville, California.
“This acquisition marks an exciting milestone, as ICM continues to grow its distribution footprint and expands its capabilities to deliver enhanced solutions to its customers,” the company said in a release.
In addition to its Salt Lake City headquarters, ICM Solutions has locations in Hurricane and Huntington; North Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada; Phoenix; and Boise. The acquisition expands ICM’s authorized distribution sales and service territory as a Metso aggregates technology franchisee to include Northern California and all of Nevada, the company said.
Compass Equipment has been a provider in the crushing and screening industry for over 50 years, offering not only Metso equipment but also custom design and fabrication of crushing chassis, bins, feeders and other specialized solutions.

The transaction is expected to close early February. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
