ICM Solutions, a Salt Lake City crushing and screening equipment dealer for the construction industry, has agreed to acquire Compass Equipment Inc., a crushing and screening dealership based in Oroville, California.
“This acquisition marks an exciting milestone, as ICM continues to grow its distribution footprint and expands its capabilities to deliver enhanced solutions to its customers,” the company said in a release.
