Despite facing challenges from rising mortgage interest rates, home prices in Salt Lake County saw a modest increase during the third quarter, according to UtahRealEstate.com.
The report found the median price of a single-family home in Salt Lake County rose to $594,125 in the July-August-September period, marking a 1 percent uptick from $589,900 during the same quarter in 2022.
