Salt Lake City-base commercial real estate company Colliers has announced the acquisition of industrial brokerage Industrial Property Group (IPG). IPG is led by industry veterans Michael Jeppesen and Jeremy Jensen.
“We are thrilled to welcome Michael and Jeremy to our team,” said David Josker, president of Southwest U.S. Brokerage at Colliers. “Their deep market knowledge and client-centric approach further our competitive edge. With Michael and Jeremy, we remain committed to delivering the most innovative outcomes, enhanced opportunity and highest quality of service.”
The new partnership underscores Colliers’ “charge to invest in critical markets like Utah through growing its brokerage footprint with aggressive expansion in the broader Utah region and across the southwestern United States,” said Josker.
Jeppesen specializes in institutional portfolio sales, leasing and asset management. He founded IPG in 2005 with the goal of providing laser-focused industrial real estate solutions and top-of-class customer service.
“Building on the elite reputation and superior service model created at IPG, we are eager to deliver more tailored solutions to our clients and contribute to Colliers’ quickly growing industrial reach across Salt Lake City and other key markets,” said Jeppesen.
“We are honored to join Colliers alongside some of the best in the industry,” said Jensen. “I am excited to be part of such a dynamic group and am confident that our combined expertise will provide clients with the most progressive and successful results.”
