Camping World buys two Emery Co. RV dealerships

Camping World Holdings Inc., a Lincolnshire, Illinois-based recreational vehicle dealership holding company, has acquired Carbon Emery RV and its two dealership locations in Helper. The deal is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2023 and will increase the Camping World Utah location count to six.

“Carbon Emery RV expands our presence into the{mprestriction ids="1,3"} important national park corridor of central Utah and post-acquisition, we expect to solidify our position as the No. 1 RV retailer by unit volume in Utah,” said Marcus Lemonis, chairman and CEO of Camping World.

Carbon Emery RV’s dealerships offer a wide range of new and used RVs from top brands along with a full assortment of RV and outdoor products and accessories and the entire portfolio of Good Sam products and services.
