Meant to reward employee achievement, the ThanksMatters Card is accepted wherever Visa cards are honored and transfers peer-to-peer recognition into the literal pockets of users, a Motivosity release said.

No activation is required, so as soon as they sign up, the users’ Motivosity spending money balance is ready and available to be spent.
