Catalis Dental Lab Partners of Savannah, Georgia, has acquired Sandy’s Revolution Dental Lab.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Catalis said the Utah lab will be rebranded as Pan-Am Dental Lab West, becoming its third Pam-Am location, in addition to Savannah and Houston. With the western location, Catalis will increase its production capacity and enhance local support for both large dental service organizations and private practices across the region.
