As a U.S. Army veteran and Iraq War officer, Brian spent eight years in the Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. However, his love for America started long before his military service.

While living near Colonial Williamsburg, Brian envisioned an ice cream parlor that combined rich, handcrafted flavors with the spirit of the American Revolution. But rather than rush into business, he took a strategic path — building financial stability, gaining expertise in sales, and studying the ice cream industry for over two decades.
