Authentic European-style croissants will be among the products produced by France-based Bridor at its new bakery in Brigham City, scheduled to open in early 2026.

Bridor, a France-based producer of bakery products and Viennese pastries that are sold in more than 100 countries, has announced the construction of a new manufacturing facility in Brigham City. The plant will be Bridor’s fifth in North America, with one in New Jersey, one in Connecticut and two in Canada.

Bridor is a subsidiary of Groupe Le Duff, a Rennes, France-based restaurant conglomerate, with holdings in Europe and the Americas, consisting of over 1,310 restaurants and bakeries and 18 production sites. The firm employs over 19,000 people worldwide.
