Salt Lake City-based nuclear waste management company EnergySolutions Inc. has acquired Cabrera Services Inc. of East Hartford, Connecticut.
Established in 1994, Cabrera Services operates nationwide as an environmental and radiological remediation services provider. It has been a contractor in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program markets. Cabrera management and employees will remain in place following the sale, a release said.
