Crucial Learning acquires Core Strengths

Crucial Learning, a Provo-based learning company with courses in communication, performance and leadership, has acquired Core Strengths, a Carlsbad, California-based assessment and training company.

Core Strengths developed the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), an assessment program that delivers insights into why people behave the way they do and how they relate to others. With the software, people learn how their core motives and values drive their behaviors, both in productive collaboration and in moments of conflict.
