Becklar, the Ogden-based parent company of safety monitoring and alarm brands AvantGuard, Armstrongs and Freeus, has acquired Eyeforce Remote Guarding, a provider of video surveillance, remote monitoring and security management for sectors including construction and healthcare. Eyeforce is based in Tyler, Texas.
Eyeforce combines video surveillance, AI/machine learning analytics and live audio operator response intervention to protect commercial property, enhance safety, prevent crime and reduce theft and loss. “Combining these services with Becklar’s enterprise monitoring, personal health and safety and workforce safety solutions results in the{mprestriction ids="1,3"} market’s broadest and most innovative portfolio of connected safety offerings across North America,” Becklar said in a release.
