HireVue acquires Ohio firm

South Jordan-based HireVue, a video interviewing, assessments and text-enabled recruiting provider, has acquired Modern Hire, an intelligent hiring platform based in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Modern Hire platform includes Virtual Job Tryout, a role-based assessments and advanced selection science process. With offices in the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific, Modern Hire’s customers include FedEx, Charter Communications, Humana and Delta Airlines. With the acquisition, HireVue will now serve over 1,150 customers around the world, including over half of the Fortune 100.
