Executech, a managed IT services provider based in South Jordan, has announced the appointment of Naomi Shine as CEO. She succeeds D.J. Dorff, who was appointed CEO in 2018 and will now take the role of executive chairman of the company.

“Shine is a highly experienced executive with a passion for driving innovative projects with past experience in the healthcare management and real estate industries,” Executech said in a release. Shine was hired in 2022 as president of Executech and has overseen large internal projects such as data and service delivery process improvement, finance standardization, project delivery initiatives and regional leadership guidance.
“I am excited for this new chapter in Executech’s history,” said Dorff. “Naomi has an incredible skillset and leadership approach that will help Executech to grow and continue to move forward. She is the right person to lead us on this next phase of our journey.”
Before joining Executech, Shine was president of Westwind Realty and was vice president of Grace Health System. She was also a senior analyst at Manatt Health. She is a graduate of Brandeis University and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.{/mprestriction}
