Salt Lake City-based learning management software company Instructure Holdings Inc. has completed the acquisition of LearnPlatform, a provider of technology that enables educators and their institutions to research, select and evaluate digital learning solutions.

Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, LearnPlatform’s software equips users with real-time insight into the effectiveness of their education tools of choice.{mprestriction ids="1,3"} This acquisition accelerates the impact of the Instructure Learning Platform for schools, universities and shared partner providers by adding evidence-based insight into inventory, compliance, procurement and usage, an Instructure release said.

Founded in 2015, LearnPlatform employs approximately 70 people.
