Novo sells its SLC facility

Sterile Processing Services of America (SPSA), located in Long Beach, California, has acquired Novo Health Systems’ Salt Lake City hospital sterilization services facility. SPSA is a portfolio company of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners LLC.
