Josiah D. (Sy) Winkelman, P.E.
Terracon announces the promotion of Sy Winkelman, P.E., to the position of principal. With more than 16 years of experience in materials testing, inspection, and construction, Sy serves as the Materials department manager in Terracon’s Salt Lake City office and provides leadership in materials testing and inspection throughout the state of Utah and surrounding regions. As a principal, Sy will use his experience to continue to build strong relationships and provide the best, most reliable, and most responsive, engineering, inspection, and testing services.
