Samuel Simmons
Axiom Medical LLC, a Houston-based company focused on occupational health services for employers and developer of the innovative CheckIn2Work app, has added Samuel (Sam) Simmons as vice president of operations, based in Salt Lake City. Simmons will be responsible for the client service department and supporting on-site client relationships. Before that, he worked for Cardon Outreach, a MedData company, as implementations manager.
