Elizabeth Roberts
Elizabeth advises clients in a variety of leveraged finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate governance matters. She works with emerging and established companies and their founders throughout the corporate life cycle, from formation, through diverse financings, and exit. She also works with private equity firms and portfolio companies on buy-side, sell-side, and equity transactions. She has extensive experience representing clients in the technology industry. Before joining Holland & Hart, Elizabeth was a corporate attorney at Kirkland & Ellis in Los Angeles. Elizabeth received her J.D. and a Business Law Certificate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
