Qualtrics, a Salt Lake City-based customer experience company, has appointed Brian Stucki to lead the Qualtrics CustomerXM business. He will be responsible for leading the global strategy, growth, delivery and operations of Qualtrics’ customer experience offerings. Stucki joined Qualtrics in 2015. He previously was head of global customer success. Prior to Qualtrics, he was a management consultant at Bain & Co. overseeing CX engagements for various global and Fortune 500 clients.
