Kenneth Logsdon
Dorsey & Whitney LLP has hired Kenneth Logsdon for the firm's Finance & Restructuring Group in Salt Lake City as a partner. Logsdon has expertise in leveraged lending transactions, including senior debt, mezzanine and borrower side transactions. His practice focuses on all aspects of debt capital markets and corporate finance. He also provides counsel to national and regional banks, non-bank lenders, private equity funds, and both privately owned and publicly traded companies. Logsdon joins the firm from Holland & Hart, where he was a partner in the Salt Lake City office. Prior to joining Holland & Hart in 2014, he was a commercial finance associate with Katten in Chicago. His education includes a B.S. from Utah Valley University.
