Mike Thomson
Mike Thomson joins Willis Towers Watson as the Associate Director of the Salt Lake City Health and Benefits Consulting practice, bringing with him more than 20 years of employee benefits experience. He has served as a senior executive for both insurance carriers and consulting firms directly responsible for managing benefit programs, specializing in cost containment, alternative funding methods, group disability insurance, employee education, benefit administration technology and regulatory compliance. Mike has worked with a variety of private and public clients specializing in the development of comprehensive, long-term strategic plans for employer groups that help reduce cost, improve employee satisfaction, and minimize risk to enhance the financial outcomes of the employer benefits program.
