James Bramble

He will oversee the company’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, litigation and compliance matters, and be a key leader on the international expansion team. Mr. Bramble brings more than 20 years of legal experience at publicly traded USANA Health Sciences, one of the largest direct-selling nutrition, personal health and wellness companies in the world with more than 615,000 active customers around the world. Most recently, as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at USANA, he had direct responsibility for several substantive company functions, including corporate legal, new market expansion, managing the company’s charitable foundation, internal audit and distributor compliance.
