Marta DeBellis

Instructure, Inc. (NYSE: INST), the leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology company that helps people learn and develop, from their first day of school to their last day of work, today announced that Marta DeBellis has been named its Chief Marketing Officer. DeBellis will lead Instructure's worldwide marketing organization, overseeing marketing strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, branding, and communication. "With a proven track record in technology, Marta is ideally positioned to guide our marketing team," said Dan Goldsmith, CEO of Instructure. "She brings a wealth of digital and B2B experience to Instructure, and her strong focus on global growth across multiple marketing disciplines will be invaluable as we continue to broaden our customer base." DeBellis has spent more than 25 years working in strategic marketing and business development across technology, content, campaign and partner marketing. She has served in senior marketing roles in the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific region for industry-leading organizations including Adobe, MRM/McCann, and Intel Corporation. "It is an exciting time to join Instructure and I look forward to connecting more people to better learning and development opportunities as they engage with Canvas in the classroom and Bridge in the workplace," said DeBellis. "Helping people learn and grow throughout their lifetime is something that resonates with so many, including me, and I am eager to get started." DeBellis holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a 2018 Marketing Academy Fellow and sits on the board of non-profit, Youthlinc.
