Braden Johnstone
Voxpopme, a Salt Lake City-based video technology company, has appointed Braden Johnstone as senior vice president of customer success. His responsibilities include product adoption and engagement, customer satisfaction and strategies to drive customer loyalty. Johnstone has more than 15 years of management experience within mid-sized software and service organizations, with a focus on customer development and success, business systems, cultural development and strategy. Most recently, he was senior vice president of services and support at FocusVision.
