Newmark Grubb ACRES is excited to welcome Summit Senior Housing Advisor (SSHA) McSean Thompson. SSHA is an industry leader in senior housing investment sales in the Intermountain West and will play a critical role in furthering the success of Newmark's market-leading investment division. McSean has consulted with dozens of operations on how to implement operational improvements and has closed over $75 million in transactions in the last 36 months. He has extenseive experience in data science and analytics, having completed a five-year engagement with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the United Arab Emirates; he became passionate about caring for the senior population while volunteering at a senior housing facility while pursuing his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University.
