Evelyn Dilsaver
PACS Group Inc., a Farmingtonbased holding company investing in postacute healthcare facilities, professionals and ancillary services, has appointed Evelyn Dilsaver to serve as a member of its board of directors. She is an independent director. Her appointment makes the PACS board majority independent. Her committee appointments will be considered at a later date. Dilsaver was president and CEO of Charles Schwab Investment Management from July 2004 until September 2007. Prior to that, she held various senior management positions with The Charles Schwab Corp. She also serves on the boards of directors of Tempur Sealy International, HealthEquity Inc. and QuidelOrtho.
