Tricia McDermott
Purple Innovation Inc., a Lehi-based manufacturer of comfort products, has appointed Tricia McDermott as chief legal officer. McDermott’s career spans multiple companies with well-known brands, including Perry Ellis International, Spectrum Brands and Office Depot. Most recently, McDermott led the legal team at Shoe Show Inc. as its chief legal and risk officer and corporate secretary. McDermott suceeds Casey McGarvey, who has served as chief legal officer since the company was founded. McGarvey plans to take a step back from dayto- day operations in order to spend more time with his family and will shift to serve Purple as an advisor to the senior leadership team.
