Kelly Colopy
Salt Lake County Mayor Jenny Wilson has appointed Kelly Colopy as human services director for the county. Colopy returns to Utah after serving as the director of the City of Long Beach D e p a r t m e n t of Health and Human Services since 2013. From 2005 to 2012, she worked in various roles within Salt Lake County government, including as acting director of the Division of Mental Health and associate director of the Human Services Department.
