Mortensen specializes in multifamily and student housing properties throughout Utah and has represented owners n a t i o n w i d e . Mortensen has experience in acquisitions, development and management. He earned an MBA in business administration with a B.S. in accounting from the University of Utah. His vision for the division includes expanding its reach and capabilities, identifying investment opportunities, and providing strong advisory and brokerage services.
