Jon Hines
Jon Hines has joined Mortenson's Salt Lake City team as Development Executive, bringing together Mortenson’s full capabilities as a develop-design-build partner in the company’s recently acquired offices at 324 South State St. Hines joined Mortenson’s Chicago team in 2008, and for the last 14 years has provided leadership for new development opportunities and partnerships across a variety of asset classes, including life sciences, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, multifamily, student housing, hospitality, sports and developer-led public-private partnerships. Hines is a graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in real estate from the University of St. Thomas. In his new role, Hines will provide leadership to all development, sales, and operations within the Salt Lake City market, continuing to share Mortenson’s services and differentiated offerings in development, design, and construction.
