A Salt Lake Community College event. Participants will learn about tools for lessening feelings of resistance, stress and being overwhelmed when obstacles occur; and will develop skills that support taking control of situations, greater self-empowerment, confidence and productivity. Location is Salt Lake Community College’s Miller Campus, 9750 S. 300 W., Sandy. Cost is $300 ($150 for qualified Salt Lake County companies).
