Titled “Ways Organizations Representing DEIBA Community Can Best Communicate with Advanced Manufacturing Companies,” presented by the Utah Advanced Materials & Manufacturing Association (UAMMI). Event is the third in a series focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and accessibility. This roundtable will provide DEIBA organizations ways to create awareness and understanding of workforce and supplier requirements with advanced manufacturing companies. Angela Trego, UAMMI advisor on DEIBA, will kick off the roundtable with a presentation to set the stage about the workforce in advanced manufacturing. Fourth roundtable will focus on DEIBA in federal grants and how to find programs for organizations and companies to work together. Desari Reed, LSI grants specialist, will lead that discussion.
