An American Bankruptcy Institute event featuring the lessons learned in both business and consumer bankruptcy cases over the past year, and looking at what trends may lie ahead in 2023. The program features 13 panel sessions, including two as part of a separate workshop geared toward consumer practitioners. The conference also will feature an economic update by Robert Spendlove, senior economist at Zions Bank.
