For past and new attendees prior to a monthly, nine-class course that begins Feb. 17 and takes place 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. at various locations in the South Valley region. Institute is designed to provide attendees with a deeper understanding of the critical and essential issues affecting communities in Salt Lake County.
