Fort Douglas Blvd., North Room, Salt Lake City, with keynote speaker Allison Macfarlane discussing “Public Participation in Energy: Nuclear Power as a Case Study.” July 13 activities are 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. at the Fort Douglas Officers’ Club and feature a focus on developing a research program in energy democracy.
