Karlis brings ten years of accounting experience to his role as an Asset Management Analyst. He began his real estate career as a Property Accountant at Wright Runstad where he performed full-cycle accounting for properties around the Seattle Area, including the major Spring District development in Bellevue, WA. Karlis graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in Accounting and a B.S. in Economics with a minor in International Economics.
