D.A. Davidson is proud to announce the promotion of Brennen Brown to Managing Director, Special District Group, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to the firm’s public finance business. A leader in the firm’s Special District Group, he joined D.A. Davidson in 2020 to lead public finance banking in Utah. Brown is credited with developing the first bond issuance from a Public Infrastructure District in Utah following 2019 legislation that created the district funding mechanism. He has experience analyzing, structuring and investing in special district debt, and previously worked with Goldman Sachs.
