Steven Haynes has joined the Commissioning Group with Burns & McDonnell, ranked as the No. 1 commissioning firm by Consulting-Specifying Engineer. In this role, he will act as a full-time commissioning manager at the new Utah State Prison site, overseeing commissioning efforts for the program. Steven has more than 17 years of industry experience, including designing and commissioning complex mechanical and plumbing systems for many types of commercial facilities.
