Chris Comish

Chris Comish has joined the firm’s brokerage services in Utah. Chris will be based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Salt Lake City office, where he will specialize in numerous capacities from operations management to project management and pre-construction services. He is adept at handling the challenges of construction struggles through a team building approach by establishing key contacts for field supervisory personnel, and by motivating existing staff to reach maximum performance levels. At the top of Chris’ priority list is analysing and managing risks. He is skilled at all types of project delivery systems, including construction management, design-build and design-bid-build. Chris comes from Kier Construction where he served as the Director of Operations since March of 2014. This position was responsible for the overall administration and technical direction for all ongoing projects. Prior to that, Chris has worked for Big-D Construction and Beneco Enterprises as a Senior Project Manager. Additionally, Chris is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), the US Army Corps of Engineers Construction QC Management and is OSHA certified. He has a Master of Business Administration from Weber State University, Utah and a BA Political Science from the University of Utah
