Bank of Utah, Ogden, has established a foreign exchange department and appointed Doug Reichman as vice president and manager of foreign exchange.Reichman has 21 years of experience as a foreign exchange manager and expert in the financial industry. Most recently, he served as vice president and foreign exchange manager for Umpqua Bank in Los Angeles and as vice president and senior foreign exchange advisor at California Bank and Trust.
