Spencer Little, PE

Spencer Little, PE has been named a 2018 Top 40 Under 40 by Building Design and Construction magazine. Mr. Little is a Principal Electrical Engineer and the Chief Operating Officer of Spectrum’s Housing and Hospitality Center of Engineering Excellence. He has 17 years of electrical experience and 10 of those years have been with Spectrum providing electrical engineering and commissioning services on numerous projects including multi-family housing, hospitality, office, military, higher education, laboratory and retail. As a previously licensed electrician, Mr. Little brings a unique advantage to the projects he designs and commissions. His many years of field experience as an electrician brings added insight into the constructability of his designs and the ability to view issues from multiple perspectives including those of installing contractors, designers and owners. His strengths lie in his dedication, ingenuity and success working with others.
