SSHA is an industry leader in senior housing investment sales in the Intermountain West and will play a critical role in furthering the success of Newmark's market-leading investment division. McSean has consulted with dozens of operations on how to implement operational improvements and has closed over $75 million in transactions in the last 36 months. He has extenseive experience in data science and analytics, having completed a five-year engagement with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the United Arab Emirates; he became passionate about caring for the senior population while volunteering at a senior housing facility while pursuing his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University.
