The Wayne Brown Institute (WBI) is hosting a “Deal Forum” on May 31 st for High Tech and Life Sciences companies seeking capital. The presenting companies have been selected and entrepreneurs seeking capital are encouraged to come watch, learn and network.

The “Deal Forum” is an event hosted monthly by WBI. Selected companies enter the WBI Venture Funding Program where they receive directed mentoring by investors and other venture professionals in order to help hone their deal to successfully raise capital. They will learn to make positive first impressions, discover networking opportunities, experience real-world feedback, and accelerate the quest for capital.

Presenting companies:

·         K12 Prosthetics- K12’s goal is to create and manufacture advanced prosthetic limbs to enable the most active and healthy lifestyles possible for   amputees.

·         Knudra Transgenics- Knudra’s goal is to lessen the burden in EkaTox, a predictive biology platform for discovering sample toxicity.

·         Salt Stack- has developed one of the fastest growing cloud automation systems available today.
